Qualifications :

  • Monitor organize and respond to client emails in the business center inbox.

  • Provide professional customer service through email phone and in-person interactions.

  • Perform scanning digital printing copying lamination mini book production and custom tab creation.

  • Maintain a clean organized and efficient workspace.

  • Prioritize and manage multiple production requests to meet strict deadlines.

  • Communicate with supervisors or clients regarding project concerns updates or deadline issues.

  • Maintain inventory of production supplies such as paper toner and other materials.

  • Assist coworkers with production tasks to ensure timely completion of projects.

  • Answer and manage incoming calls on the Business Center telephone line.

  • Cover the reception desk during the main receptionists lunch break.

  • Operate and troubleshoot copier printing and basic audio/visual equipment.

  • Follow shipping and receiving procedures including checking packing slips and materials.

  • Ensure accuracy and quality control for all production work.

  • Lift and move materials or boxes up to 50 lbs. with assistance when needed.

  • Manage time efficiently and maintain productivity in a high-volume production environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • 12 years of related production or copy center experience required.

  • Prior reproduction or print production experience is mandatory.

  • Strong customer service phone and email etiquette skills.

  • Excellent organizational communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.

  • Ability to operate office production equipment such as copiers printers and scanners.

  • Basic electronics and troubleshooting knowledge preferred.

  • Legal industry experience (2 years) is highly preferred.

  • Valid drivers license may be required depending on job duties.
