Pay: $16$18 per hour
- Lead and manage a preschool classroom
- Plan and implement lessons using our L.E.A.P. curriculum
- Create a safe structured and engaging learning environment
- Observe and document student progress
- Communicate regularly with families
- Guide and support Assistant Teachers
- Maintain compliance with licensing and school standards

- Wisconsin Registry Level 7 or higher (required)
- Lead Teacher qualified under Wisconsin licensing
- High School Diploma or GED required
- ECE degree preferred
- Director qualified is a plus
- Previous preschool lead teaching experience strongly preferred
