Must be LOCAL to Charlotte NC
Any Visa accepted as long as candidate is local

Job Description

Need someone senior
not a coach only mentality
resource needs to live in Charlotte (easy access to our Charlotte building)
basic knowledge of AI
can get up to speed quickly on things
resource needs to be in office 3 days a week (Tuesday Wednesday Thursday)
Knowledge and familiarity of Jira as well as team metrics: Flow WIP Velocity throughput etc.

Tech stack that teams work on that might make sense for a Scrum lead to have some knowledge on. I think these would be a nice to have not must have:

AWS
GitHub
Dora deployment frequencies
