Job Description
Equifind are partnering with a fastpaced realestate backed organisation undergoing a significant period of change and theyre seeking a proven interim Financial Controller to strengthen the function through yearend and a major transition phase. This is a highimpact role for someone who thrives in complex environments working closely with the Group FC to tighten reporting bring structure and lay the groundwork for a seamless integration over the next 36 months.
What Youll Be Driving:
Year-End & Audit Delivery
- Build robust workings to support disclosures
- Draft refine and finalise the annual report
- Lead responses to external audit queries
- Support on complex accounting reporting and disclosure issues
- Step in across the finance team to keep deadlines on track
- Solve technical and operational roadblocks ahead of signoff
Group Reporting & Controls
- Balance sheet reviews and supporting schedules
- Banking facility compliance and covenant monitoring
- Review of subsidiary accounts (spring timeline)
- Liquidity forecasting and cash visibility
- Oversight of tax-related reviews and submissions
What You Bring:
- ACA/ACCA ideally 7 years PQE
- Meticulous attention to detail and sharp analytical capability
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Proven experience problemsolving across complex finance environments
- Strong Excel and general Microsoft Office capability
Desirable
- Experience in operational real estate
- Knowledge of Yardi (helpful but not essential)
Compensation:
- Day rate of 500 -550 per day (DOE)
- 3 days in office 2 WFH - to support your work life balance
