We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager OTC PMO
This role will be needed to support the senior leadership by managing administrative tasks and ensuring efficient office operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support - Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the leadership including managing schedules organizing meetings and handling correspondence.
Communication Management: Facilitate communication between the leadership managers and internal teams clients and external partners. Ensure timely responses to inquiries and requests.
Document Preparation: Prepare reports presentations and other documents as required. Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating events meetings and conferences. Handle logistics such as venue booking catering and travel arrangements.
Office Management: Oversee office supplies inventory equipment maintenance and general office upkeep. Ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualification
or equivalent to any graduate in management & Accounting
Excellent interpersonal skills - Good written and verbal language skills as per country requirement for the in-scope profile.
Ability to prioritize optimally be flexible as needs change.
Preferred Qualification
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional demeanor proactive approach and ability to maintain confidentiality.
