Job Summary

Support the execution of the most complex high priority strategic initiatives across the business with speed and precision
Play a key role in hitting our Group-wide value targets and shaping Endeavours future
Based in Sydney with hybrid working

As an Associate or a Senior Associate Strategic Delivery youll be a core part of Endeavours new high-calibre Transformation Office. We partner with senior leaders across the Group to drive our new strategy and ensure we hit our value targets.

Within the office youll join a strategic delivery team that is deployed into business units for short sharp stints to diagnose execution blockers redesign delivery roadmaps and instill the discipline needed to get key initiatives back on track.

Here is a taste of what you can expect in this role:

Workstream Diagnostics: Lead the quantitative and qualitative health checks for specific workstreams identifying technical financial or operational root causes for initiative drift.
Data-Driven Replanning: Build and stress-test revised project schedules and business cases ensuring that recovery milestones are realistic and grounded in data.
Execution Support: Act as a squad lead during short-term intervention sprints working directly with initiative teams to clear technical backlogs and unblock critical path items.
Performance Tracking: Own the Strategic Delivery teams initiative tracker for assigned projects providing real-time visibility into whether intervention efforts are successfully moving the needle on key metrics.
Insight Synthesis: Distill complex findings from diagnostic work into presentation-ready documents for use in executive updates.
Process Improvement: Identify common failure patterns across projects to help refine the RDOs diagnostic playbook and diagnostic tools.

Qualifications :

Consulting Foundation: 23 years of experience in a top-tier strategy or operations consulting firm.
Project Delivery Excellence: Demonstrated experience in or exposure to end-to-end workstreams within large-scale complex transformation programs.
Analytical Power-User: Advanced expertise in Excel/financial modelling to analyse large and complex datasets.
Structured Problem Solving: Proven ability to take ambiguous problems and use hypothesis-driven thinking to reach actionable solutions.
Matrix Stakeholder Management: Experience working effectively with mid-level managers and project teams across a matrixed organisational structure.
