Pay: $16$18 per hour
- Support the Lead Teacher in daily classroom activities and routines
- Help create a safe organized and nurturing classroom environment
- Assist with hands-on learning activities using our L.E.A.P. curriculum
- Encourage positive behavior and support childrens social and emotional development
- Share daily updates with families about their childs day
- Help maintain classroom cleanliness and follow health and safety guidelines
- Work closely with your teaching team and leadership to meet licensing and school standards

- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience in a childcare daycare or preschool setting preferred
- ECE coursework or degree is a plus
- Must meet Michigan state licensing requirements
