Salary Range:$75k/year $1000/month Car Allowance Commissions Program

Position Overview

The Solution Sales Specialist is a high-impact hunter-style role focused on driving high-margin new business. This individual will be responsible for identifying and closing opportunities by leveraging our suite of remote guarding mobile guarding and technology solutions. The ideal candidate is a seasoned technology sales professional with a consultative approach and a passion for showcasing client value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth by identifying qualifying and closing high-margin sales opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic prospecting plans to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our remote guarding mobile guarding and security technologies.
  • Engage in consultative selling to understand client needs and tailor solutions that showcase clear business value.
  • Work closely with the Vice President of Client Solutions and Area Vice Presidents to align sales strategies with client needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales operations to commercialize new solutions and drive go-to market success.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress in CRM systems.
  • Stay current on industry trends competitive landscape and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18years of age.
  • Proven track record of success in technology sales preferably in security surveillance or SaaS environments.
  • Strong hunter mentality with demonstrated expertise in prospecting and lead generation.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technology solutions.
  • Consultative selling approach with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated goal-orientated and able to thrive in a fast-paced autonomous environment.
  • Bachelors degree in business Marketing or related field preferred.
  • All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas pre-employment screening process including drug screen and background investigation.
