As a Brand Activation Marketeer at Rituals you will help drive traffic and excitement to our Rituals stores worldwide. Your main focus is to support the roll-out of Store Openings and Local Activation moments bringing the Rituals experience to life for new and existing customers across all regions. Each year we open around 250 new stores and you are one of the key marketing contacts ensuring these openings are consistent smooth and inspiring.
Working ahead of the markets you help prepare activation materials that not only support business growth but also strengthen the sense of community around our this role you combine creativity and operational excellence by bringing fresh ideas that elevate the in-store experience while ensuring everything you deliver has real business impact.
For 40 hours per week you will:
- Coordinate manage and execute the global Store Opening toolkit for all new Rituals stores across regions
- Support local activation moments by developing and maintaining scalable toolkits that drive traffic and elevate the in-store experience
- Work closely with Retail Training Marketing and regional teams to ensure smooth preparation and alignment for each opening or activation
- Gather market insights and feedback to continuously improve toolkits materials and ways of working
- Bring fresh on-brand ideas that strengthen customer experience while supporting commercial goals
- Stay up to date on retail trends customer behaviour and competitor activity to keep activations relevant and inspiring
- Contribute to process improvements and more efficient workflows as our global activation scope continues to grow
Qualifications :
High on energy low on ego and eager to bring great experiences to life. You enjoy working with many different teams keeping projects organised and finding smart ways to improve how we work.
On top of this you bring:
- 2-4 years minimum experience in retail marketing store openings brand activation or project coordination
- A strong connection to the customer and a passion for elevating in-store experiences
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset you enjoy improving processes and finding better ways to deliver results
- You are skilled at stakeholder management and have experience working in or with a fastpaced & growing organization
- A team-first attitude with the confidence to take ownership
- Comfortable working with data and performance insights to continuously improve
- Fluency in English
