Job Summary

Primary Responsibilities:

Business Performance:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans manage budgets and analyze financial reports to ensure achievement of business goals.
  • Collaborate with Finance team on budget preparation and financial forecasts.

Sales & Marketing:

  • Direct all sales activities for group transient and catering/banquet segments to maximize revenue.
  • Analyze market trends competition and customer needs to develop effective strategies and adapt to changing business environments.
  • Oversee advertising public relations and promotional activities in coordination with corporate departments.
  • Actively participate in sales presentations property tours and customer meetings.

Team Management:

  • Recruit develop and manage the sales and marketing team including performance evaluations and ongoing coaching.
  • Conduct regular departmental meetings and ensure team members maintain high standards of professionalism.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Stay informed of hotel safety procedures and attend required trainings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors Degree from a reputable hospitality school
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate sales with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Excellent leadership interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on flawless execution and follow-through
  • Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at the executive level
  • Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of corporate client needs
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
  • Adaptability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
