The Mission: What Youll Be Building

As a Full-Stack Engineer Trainee you wont be on the sidelinesyoull be a core contributor from day one gaining exposure to cloud-native architectures microservices and Agile product development. You will be instrumental in building the next generation of our platform which features core pillars like

Adaptive Applications: The intelligent backbone powering the manufacturing enterprise.

Champion AI: Agentic AI for manufacturing that drives measurable productivity and growth.

Your Impact/ What you will be doing: 

• Full-Stack Development: Participate in the design development and testing of scalable web applications touching both modern frontend frameworks and robust backend services.

• Code for Scale: Translate complex product requirements into clean efficient and working code adhering to engineering best practices.

• Technical Excellence: Develop secure reliable APIs and backend services. Write well-structured testable code and debug performance issues with guidance.

• Collaborative Innovation: Engage in cross-functional collaboration with Product QA and DevOps to deliver world-class enterprise SaaS products used by global customers.

• Continuous Learning: Embrace AI-assisted development tools and participate in code reviews to sharpen your technical edge and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications :

Core Technical Foundations / What we are looking for 

• Mastery in Data Structures & Algorithms: A strong foundation including a clear understanding of time and space complexity.

• OOP Fundamentals: A solid grasp of Object-Oriented Programming concepts is essential.

• Web Basics: Foundational knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) and backend programming (Java JavaScript/ or Python).

• Architectural Awareness: Basic knowledge of RESTful APIs and end-to-end application communication as well as an awareness of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data modeling.

• Version Control: Familiarity with Git

• Problem Solver: Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Adaptability: Eagerness to quickly learn and adopt cutting-edge technologies.

Qualifications & Next Steps

• Degree: Bachelors in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related technical discipline.

• Experience: 01 year (internships academic projects or open-source contributions are highly valued).

• Location: This is an on-site opportunity based in Pune. Only candidates willing to be based in Pune will be eligible.
