Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Control Manager with a proven track record in semiconductor facility construction and cleanroom environments. The ideal candidate will bring 20 years of expertise in project controls cost management scheduling and risk analysis for large-scale industrial and high-tech projects with a strong focus on semiconductor manufacturing facilities. This role requires strategic oversight of project control systems ensuring compliance with contractual and financial requirements and delivering actionable insights to support successful project execution.
Responsibilities:
Project Control & Planning:
- Develop and implement project control plans including cost schedule and risk management.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with baseline schedules and budgets for semiconductor facility projects.
Cost Management:
- Prepare cost estimates forecasts and variance analysis reports.
- Ensure compliance with financial controls and contractual obligations.
Scheduling:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera or MS Project.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to update schedules and resolve delays.
Risk & Change Management:
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage change orders and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare monthly progress reports dashboards and presentations for senior management.
- Maintain accurate records of project control activities and audits.
Qualifications :
- BE/ in Engineering (Civil Mechanical Electrical preferred).
- PGDM in Construction Management highly desirable.
- Professional certifications such as PMP or CCP are mandatory.
- 20 years of experience in project controls for industrial/high-tech projects.
- Extensive exposure to semiconductor facility construction and cleanroom environments.
- Proven experience in greenfield and brownfield semiconductor projects.
- Expertise in cost control scheduling and risk management tools.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 MS Project and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of international standards and local codes for project management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with sustainability practices and advanced project control methodologies.
- Experience in high-tech facility construction with stringent environmental and safety standards.
