Your Role in the Story
As a Waiter/Waitress you are central to bringing the experience to lifeconnecting the kitchen the bar and our guests through attentive confident and polished service. As part of the RIKAS and Paris Society family youll grow within a group behind standout concepts such as Mimi Kakushi gaining exposure to elevated service cultures diverse dining styles and internationally recognised hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver consistently polished table service in line with RIKAS service philosophy and outlet standards.
- Create a warm confident first impression guiding guests seamlessly through the dining experience and ensuring comfort from arrival to departure.
- Present and articulate menus with confidence offering detailed guidance on food wine cocktails pairings and allergens when required.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders entering them efficiently into the POS while maintaining smooth service flow.
- Introduce and serve dishes with attention to timing presentation and detail ensuring every plate arrives as intended.
- Proactively identify and communicate allergies and dietary requirements to guarantee guest safety and satisfaction.
- Execute opening and closing procedures to RIKAS standards including full restaurant set-up breakdown and completion of operational checklists.
- Maintain immaculate table presentation throughout service anticipating guest needs and resetting tables with precision.
- Apply thoughtful experience-led upselling to enhance the guest journey while supporting revenue and brand positioning.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with runners bartenders kitchen teams and management to ensure seamless coordination.
- Support and guide junior team members within your section contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Participate actively in daily briefings staying informed on reservations events VIP guests and service priorities.
- Handle guest feedback with confidence and professionalism escalating concerns appropriately to ensure a consistently elevated experience.
Qualifications :
Who Were Looking For
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Waiter in an upscale fast-paced hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage service menus wine cocktails and service styles
- Understanding of health & safety food hygiene allergens and service regulations
- Confident use of POS and operational systems
- Excellent English communication skills (additional languages are a plus)
- Eligible to work in (EU) countries.
- Warm outgoing and professional personality with a guest-first mindset
- Strong teamwork communication and problem-solving skills
- Well-presented organized and attentive to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work with attention to detail
- Hands-on results-oriented and proactive in managing multiple F&B outlets and teams.
