Waiter A (Season 2026)

At Santa Marina a Luxury Collection Resort Mykonos every guest journey is thoughtfully curated and every team member plays a vital role in creating unforgettable experiences. As a Waiter A you will be the face of our dining experience crafting warm engaging and memorable moments with every interaction. Through attentive service refined hospitality and expert menu knowledge you will bring our culinary offerings to life ensuring every guest feels valued cared for and inspired.

In this role you will deliver food and beverage service with seamless precision professionalism and elegance upholding the exceptional standards that define the Luxury Collection brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive friendly and professional food and beverage service responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system ensuring efficiency and attention to detail.
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with established service standards and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain full knowledge of menus ingredients and daily specials confidently presenting them to guests.
• Accurately communicate allergen information and dietary requirements ensuring guest safety and satisfaction.
• Handle all cash charges floats and till procedures responsibly and in line with company policies.
• Attend daily service briefings and follow management guidance regarding special service requirements or events.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth service flow and exceptional guest experiences.

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Waiter A or similar role within a luxury hotel resort or high-end hospitality environment.
• Strong command of the English language; additional languages are considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for guest service.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to remain composed in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining high service standards.
• Flexibility to adapt to demanding operational needs including rotating shifts weekends and public holidays.
• Tourism or hospitality-related education is considered an advantage.
• Attention to detail professionalism and commitment to delivering exceptional service at all times.
