Waiter B (Season 2026)

At Santa Marina a Luxury Collection Resort Mykonos every guest journey is thoughtfully curated and every team member plays a vital role in creating unforgettable experiences. As a Waiter/Waitress B you will support the dining team in delivering seamless service and ensuring evert guest feels welcomed and well cared this role you will assist with the efficient and accurate delivery of food and beverages consistently supporting refined and professional service. Each interaction you have will contribute to an elevated dining experience reflecting the warmth refinement and exceptional standards that define the Luxury Collection brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior waitstaff in taking and delivering food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve guests promptly anticipating needs and preferences to enhance their dining experience
• Set clear and maintain tables throughout service ensuring cleanliness and order in the dining area
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar staff to guarantee timely and precise delivery of orders
• Support preparation and breakdown of the dining area for daily service and special events
• Monitor stock levels of supplies and equipment assisting in replenishment as needed
• Follow all health safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a safe and welcoming environment
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments contributing to a positive team-oriented atmosphere
• Uphold service standards with courtesy professionalism and a warm guest-focused approach

• Minimum of 6 months experience as a Waiter preferably within a high-end hospitality or luxury hotel environment
• Tourism or hospitality-related education is considered an advantage
• Strong command of the English language additional languages are considered an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for guest service
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to remain composed in a fast-paced high-volume environment
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining high service standards
• Attention to detail professionalism and commitment to delivering exceptional service at all times
