Position Summary

In this role you will be responsible for preparing baking and decorating high-quality baked items for a superb dining experience for residents at the community.

Essential Functions Key Duties & Responsibilities

Weigh and measure ingredients for recipes.
Combine ingredients by hand or using machinery to create dough and batters.
Operate ovens monitoring baking times and adjusting temperatures as needed.
Decorate cakes pastries and other items with icing glazes and other embellishments.
Perform quality checks on ingredients and finished products to ensure they meet standards.
Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering when necessary.
Maintain a clean orderly safe and sanitary kitchen
