Now were looking for aSenior People Operations / Human Resources Consultantto join our high-caliber team of advisors. This is your chance to partner with leaders across diverse industries solve complex challenges and design impactful people strategies that move the needle.

What Youll Do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders and HR teams across multiple clients.
• Recommend lead and execute HR initiatives from strategic workforce planning to hands-on employee relations.
• Conduct HR assessments identify gaps and design best-in-class programs to close them.
• Lead initiatives inbenefits designHRIS selection/implementationperformance management andemployee communications.
• Provide executive coaching guide change management and ensure compliance (FMLA leave management etc.).
• Build relationships in the market to grow vcfos presence and client base.

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field.
• 8 years in an HR Business Partner HR Manager or similar role.
• Experience across multiple industries.
• Comfort in fast-changing ambiguous environments.
• High integrity discretion and client-service mindset.
