Commercial Lines Client Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Client Manager to join a dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a hybrid environment with a large well-established company that values innovation and leadership. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the full client service cycle including marketing new and renewal business preparing proposals and providing quote comparisons.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $70000 - $120000 (depending on experience and location)

Responsibilities
- Manage the full client service cycle including marketing new and renewal business.
- Prepare and write proposals as well as provide detailed quote comparisons.
- Handle accounts ranging from $250000 to several million in premium.
- Collaborate within a team structure following a triangle model (Client Representative Client Manager Client Executive).
- Utilize EPIC software for account management and other related tasks.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience managing accounts with premiums of $250000 to several million.
- Industry Background: Preference for candidates with experience in larger agencies.
- Skills: Strong ability to market new and renewal business prepare proposals and manage client relationships.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with EPIC software is preferred.
- Work History: A proven track record of consistent job tenure in previous roles is required.
