Job Summary

Visas Internship Program provides an immersive 12-week journey where youll work on impactful projects that drive Visas mission forward. Throughout the program youll have exclusive access to interactive workshops and learning sessions designed to deepen your expertise expand your industry knowledge and elevate your professional skillset. You wont just be learning youll be contributing collaborating and innovating every step of the way. In addition to professional development youll enjoy a variety of intern social events that foster community connection and fun throughout the summer. 

The experience culminates in an exciting final presentation where youll showcase your project achievements share key insights and present your recommendations to Visas leaders and stakeholders. This is your chance to demonstrate your business impact highlight your personal growth and align your work with Visas vision for the future. 

The Project Analyst Intern will support the Payment Products Development (PPD) team by contributing to project and program reporting as well as data analysis. This internship is ideal for candidates passionate about technology analytics and collaborative work. You will gain hands-on experience in project portfolio management reporting frameworks and cross-functional teamwork within a dynamic technical organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing project and program reports including dashboards and executive summaries to provide visibility on project status and performance to key stakeholders.
  • Support data collection extraction and transformation from various source systems to present meaningful insights for management decisions.  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Technology Finance and business leads to gather input and ensure accurate timely reporting.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of reporting processes and governance practices to drive compliance and efficiency.
  • Participate in regular team meetings briefings and stakeholder communications to support project delivery and team engagement.

Learning Objectives:

  • Develop and execute skills in business analytics reporting and data visualization using tools such as Excel Power BI or similar.
  • Gain exposure to project management methodologies and portfolio governance in a technology-driven environment.
  • Build professional communication skills for technical and business audiences.

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Bachelors degreegraduating December 2026 August 2027
  • Strong communications skills specifically the absence of repeated grammatical or typographical errors clear and concise written and spoken communications that demonstrate professional judgment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively to meet deadlines.
  • Interest in technology analytics and project management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn new skills and concepts.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and assignments.

Additional Information :

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated hourly range for a new hire into this position is $26 to $31/hr which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge skills experience and location. 

Work Authorization: Visa will not sponsor applicants for work visas in connection with this position. Future sponsorship will not be considered. 
 
Work Hours:Varies upon the needs of the department 

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. 

Travel Requirements:This position requires travel5-10% of the time. 

Mental/Physical Requirements:This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.
