Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join a large high-acuity acute care hospital in Pensacola FL. This role supports patients across inpatient rehabilitation medical/surgical units and specialty service lines. New graduates are welcome with structured onboarding mentorship and long-term growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Perform PT evaluations reassessments and develop individualized plans of care
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises mobility and discharge planning
Manage caseloads care transitions and clinical documentation
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy
Active Florida Physical Therapist license
BLS certification (within 30 days of start)
New graduates encouraged to apply
