Collaborate closely with families caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and reinforce developmental goals at home and in other settings
Monitor and document each childs progress regularly adjusting therapy strategies as needed to maximize growth
Educate families on developmental milestones and provide guidance on supporting their childs development through everyday activities
Maintain a safe welcoming environment that fosters trust and enthusiasm for learning through play
Requirements
Strong knowledge of child development principles and evidence-based play therapy techniques
Bachelor degree in human service field
Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with children families and team members
