About the Role
A global technology platform within the financial servicessector is seeking an Application Support Analyst to provide functionalproduction support for critical business applications used by end usersworldwide.
In this role you will support multiple core applicationsin Production environments acting as a key interface between end usersoperational teams and IT stakeholders. You will play a vital role inensuring system stability issue resolution and continuous serviceimprovement across a 24/7 international ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level functional application support to end users
- Manage and resolve tickets emails and user requests in Production
- Follow up and support functional changes upgrades fixes and releases
- Create and maintain SQL queries for alerts data extraction and investigation
- Perform code debugging and functional analysis to identify root causes
- Produce reports and support investigation activities
- Lead and facilitate meetings with stakeholders ensuring clear communication and follow-up
- Work closely with international teams across Europe Asia-Pacific and the Americas
Technical Skills & Tools
- Databases: Oracle PL/SQL SQL Server
- Monitoring tools (logic and purpose-driven monitoring)
- Windows & Linux end-user support
- Confluence
- Strong experience in Production Support environments
Language Requirements
- English Expert level (mandatory)
