DescriptionResponsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the planning design and execution of complex multi-phase physical security programs (including design build and construction).
- Develop project requirements work plans schedules and resource estimates; actively track and report on progress using established tools and methodologies.
- Navigate ambiguity to define clear program objectives scope and deliverables collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks and proactively resolve issues to ensure successful project delivery.
- Prepare and present communications for executives and key stakeholders; create documentation status reports and briefing materials.
- Champion best practices for program management by leveraging tools such as Jira Confluence and MS Project.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors ensuring compliance with company standards and contract terms.
ResponsibilitiesQualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering Construction Management Security or equivalent work experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification.
- Demonstrated experience managing the design build and construction phases of physical security projects (5 years preferred).
- Proven skills in program/project planning tracking and execution in dynamic environments.
- Comfort with ambiguity; ability to define and drive programs with evolving requirements.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences.
- Proficiency with program management and productivity tools (e.g. Jira Confluence MS Project or similar).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a large global enterprise.
- Familiarity with security technologies and physical access control systems.
- Experience managing third-party vendors and contractors.
