Workplace: 55218 Ingelheim am RheinWhat to expect:
- In your new role you will act as a key contributor during the scoping and template build/pilot phases of the SAP IBP for Demand project
- Furthermore you will contribute to the functional design of demand forecasting processes within SAP IBP for Demand
- You will collaborate with Global Business Services Global Commercial Business IT Finance and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment of forecasting processes with strategic business needs
- Also you will facilitate workshops training sessions and bootcamps to build capability across global and regional teams
- Expert input will be provided by you into training content testing scenarios and change management activities for global and regional stakeholders
- Finally you will foster process adherence and drive continuous improvement in areas like forecast monetization reporting and analytics capabilities
What you bring along:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain Management Business Analytics Data Science Statistics or related field
- Several years of experience in demand forecasting with knowledge of SAP IBP for Demand or other forecasting tools (e.g. JDA Kinaxis RapidResponse)
- Experience working in cross-functional global and local teams with strong stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience in process design system implementation and stakeholder engagement
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical modeling and forecasting algorithms (e.g. exponential smoothing demand sensing machine learning)
- Excellent communication and change management capabilities
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
