- Manually support the testing of new features across iOS Android and Web including regression exploratory and acceptance testing
- Execute sanity checks on Duolingo release and branch builds and help validate bug fixes before and after deployment
- Write clear detailed and reproducible bug reports and collaborate with engineers and teammates to help diagnose issues
- Learn Duolingo products deeply and ask thoughtful questions about expected behavior edge cases and learner experience
- Identify potential quality issues and raise risks with guidance from more senior QA teammates
- Help prioritize testing tasks within your assigned projects focusing on areas with high learner impact
- Advocate for Duolingo learners by evaluating features for correctness clarity and usability
- Follow and contribute to existing QA processes documentation and procedures while learning how quality scales across teams
- Collaborate within cross-functional teams communicating progress questions and blockers clearly in a fast-paced environment
