JOB DESCRIPTION: 

• As part of Clients Collections team this role will support the collections team in the execution and delivery of the teams strategic and operational initiatives.
• The collections team is responsible for the end to end collections process across all Client entities ( LLC Divvy and Invoice2Go) and includes reviewing each account to determine the best way to approach the client then executing their plan to bring in the maximum amount of revenue. 
• The ideal candidate brings collections knowledge and experience possesses a customer centric mindset and is able to contribute strongly individually and as part of a small but high performing team to optimize collection efforts and deliver on critical financial targets.

• 1-2 years of direct collections experience preferably in ecommerce payments financial service or a similar industry
• Has proven ability to learn adapt and train new processes and procedures
• Logical and rational thinker with demonstrated data analysis and investigative skills
• Possesses excellent organizational and time management skills - must have ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously

Nice Haves: 

• Knowledge of payment processing methods including ACH check digital wallet international payments virtual and credit cards
• A degree in Accounting Finance or Operations Management is a plus

Additional Information :

Communication will be via Teams and Outlook. Meetings are conducted remotely as this is a face-to-face role. New agents need to get used to using is their feet and their mouth because theyre going to be walking around talking to folks face to face. Will need to be able to manage an iPad manage a checkout system and manage a like root-based map system. Its not exactly all pen and paper. Someone does need to be able to use a cursory level of technology to succeed in the role. Training will be provided for first week.
