What youll do
- Workonsell-andbuy-sidemandateswithexposuretovariousindustries
- InvolvementinallstepsoftheM&Aprocessrangingfromfinancialanalysismodelling and valuationtonegotiationsmarketingandlegalprocesses
- Workwithdifferentclienttypessuchasentrepreneursprivateequityfirmsandcorporates
- Conductcompanyandindustryresearch
- Prepare financial and valuation analyses
About you
- Excellent educational background with a strong degree
- 1-2 years of relevant full-time work experience within M&A or transaction advisory with an ACA/ACCA qualification viewed as a strong plus
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in financial modelling with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Native or equivalent in English required with proficiency in German Swedish or Finnish viewed as an advantage
