A Creative Director/Associate Director will be the one who lead the team creating well-crafted ideas for social digital and influencer campaigns. The role will include conceive and implement concepts guidelines and strategies in various campaigns and oversee them to completion.
What You Will Do
- Conceive and implement concepts guidelines and strategies in various campaigns and oversee them to completion
- Collaborate with internal teams (Account Management Strategic Planning Influencer marketing) to write and design unique and well-crafted proposals that meet clients expectations and our own.
- Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas for social digital and influencer campaigns
- Revise content and presentations approve/reject ideas and provide feedback to the team
- Monitor results of team efforts carry out significant modifications and propose actions for the future
- Analyze brand tracking market trends consumer needs and the competitive landscape
- Oversee client pitches proposals award submissions and new initiatives
- Oversee profitability deliverables timelines and budgets
- Leading a team of 15 members train and guide subordinates into accomplished professionals
Who You Are
- Bachelors degree in art graphic design marketing communications journalism and other relevant fields.
- At least 7 years of working in creative direction in an advertising agency
- At least 2 years of working in the same position
- Years of experience creating social/digital/influencer campaigns from developing vision and the message platform to overseeing deployment/production on time and budget
- Proven experience with a strong portfolio that demonstrates experience in winning concept development and deployment
- Highly skilled in leading a team of creative talent
- Strong team management experience
- Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
- Good command over English
- Prior experience with copywriting design or production
