Compensation Package
- Salary: $70000 - $75000 annually

Responsibilities
- Manage a $4 million book of business focusing on small to medium-sized accounts with a generalist approach including a strong emphasis on bonds and surety experience
- Handle all aspects of account management including quoting new and renewal business
- Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to existing clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and contribute to the overall success of the organization
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of commercial insurance experience with a proven ability to manage a $4 million book of business
- Software Proficiency: Experience with EPIC software preferred
- Soft Skills: Energetic detail-oriented goal-driven problem solver and self-motivated
- Work Environment: On-site preferred with potential for hybrid flexibility
