We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our offshore team. The successful candidate will assist with essential back-office operations for our UK office hub. The role involves handling critical tasks such as updating driving license records managing claim records conducting financial sanctions checks and preparing other essential reports.
Key Responsibilities
1. Driving License Management
Search for and verify driving license information.
Update and maintain accurate records in the system.
2. Claims Record Management
Update claim details in the system with precision and accuracy.
Ensure all claim-related data complies with company policies and standards.
3. Financial Sanctions Checks
Perform financial sanctions screenings for compliance purposes.
Identify and report discrepancies or non-compliance issues promptly.
4. Report Preparation
Compile and analyze reports as required.
Maintain detailed and organized records for future reference.
5. Collaboration & Communication
Coordinate effectively with team members and stakeholders in the UK office.
Ensure all tasks are completed within designated timelines.
