Plans implements and organizes social work resources and evaluates and provides treatment regarding mental health issues for patients linkage to resources in the community.
Job Requirements
$400/month Summit County housing stipend available for full time residents of Summit Park Eagle Grand Clear Creek Lake and Chaffee Counties. Must work at least 80% physically on-site at a CommonSpirit facility in Summit County and full time or part time status (PRN ineligible). More details available upon offer.
Masters in Social Work (Required)
LCSW Preferred
CPR Required
BLS
Valid Drivers License
Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly
