Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily parts inventory for fleet and facility maintenance

• Order receive stock and issue parts and supplies accurately

• Maintain inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts

• Track parts usage costs and warranties in fleet maintenance systems

• Coordinate with vendors negotiate pricing and ensure timely deliveries

• Support mechanics and maintenance leadership with parts research and availability

• Process invoices purchase orders and returns

• Maintain a clean organized and compliant parts room

• Assist with inventory audits and cost-control initiatives

• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

What You Bring to GFL

• High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education preferred)

• 2 years of experience in parts administration inventory control or fleet maintenance support

• Knowledge of heavy-duty truck diesel or equipment parts (preferred)

• Experience with inventory or fleet maintenance software

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team-oriented environment

• Strong communication and customer-service mindset

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel experience a plus)
