Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support across all Servest sites acting as an escalation point for Helpdesk and Tier 1 Technicians.
Deliver stable secure and agile IT infrastructure services including:
Manage and maintain:
Proactively detect troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents in line with incident management processes.
Perform software upgrades patches and regular maintenance.
Support Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) including testing and documentation.
Manage and administer local applications licences installations and release management.
Maintain IT infrastructure procedures knowledge base articles and process documentation.
Coordinate with 3rd-party service providers and vendors on operational support items.
Conduct regular onsite visits for support maintenance and infrastructure checks.
Contribute to the technology roadmap ensuring scalability and alignment with business needs.
Execute project-related deliverables as assigned by the Manager ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and timelines.
Lead and coordinate the end-to-end project management of IT initiatives including planning execution monitoring and reporting.
Delegate tasks to Tier 1 Technicians in accordance with project requirements ensuring clarity of expectations and timely completion of deliverables.
