Job Summary

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES 主要职责:

Ensure full compliance and enforcement of all Safety GMP Regulatory Product Quality Company Policies Government and Environmental requirements and laws. 确保完全符合并按要求执行所有安全GMP法规产品质量公司政策政府和环境的要求和法律
Embody support deploy and enforce the company Success Factors and strategy. 体现支持部署并实施公司成功因素和策略
Develop strategy and plan for lean manufacturing implementation. 为精益生产执行制定策略和计划
Working with other functional leaders on building the lean culture. 与其他功能领导合作建立精益生产文化
Introduce the proper tools and training on lean manufacturing. 为精益生产引进适合的工具和培训
Responsible for layout and facility planning. 负责布局和厂务规划
Responsible for plant capacity planning. Working with business unit leaders and engineering leaders on the capacity strategy. 负责工厂生产容量规划与各业务部门领导和工程领导共同制定容量策略
Drive the accuracy of manufacturing base data for example cycle time. 提高生产基本数据的精确度例如周期时间
Set up the network with Stryker other sites for the collaborative learning and best practices sharing so to leverage expertise within Stryker community. 与史赛克其他分公司共同建立交流网络用于合作学习和分享最佳实践使专业知识技术在史赛克团体中流转学习

REQUIRED/DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS 任职资格

B.S. in Civil Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 土木工程机械工程或电气工程专业理学士
Black Belt certification is a plus. 优先考虑有黑带证书者
Master Degree desired. 优先考虑有硕士学位者
5 years manufacturing experience preferred. 5年以上制造经验者优先考虑

Fully understand and be able to apply enforce comply and meet all GMP standards and quality requirements. 充分理解并且有能力运用执行遵守和满足所有GMP标准和质量要求
Expert on lean tools concepts including but not limited to 5S Visual Management TPM VSM Pull system. 精通精益生产工具概念包括但并不仅限于5S可视化管理TPMVSM拉动系统
EHS knowledge. EHS知识
Understanding of Stryker and Chinas EHS related policies laws and regulations. 了解史赛克和中国EHS相关的政策法律和法规
Excellent analytical problem solving interpersonal and communication skills. 出众的分析解决问题人际交往能力
Capabilities in Microsoft Power Point Visio Project. 熟练运用PPTVisioProject软件
Fluent in English Chinese is a plus. 优先考虑熟练运用中英文者
