  • Assist customers with inquiries concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving problems efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Desired Experience:

  • At least 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Experience working in a remote environment
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
