Key Responsibilities

• Plan manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and other digital platforms

• Monitor analyze and report on campaign performance using key marketing metrics and KPIs

• Understand and apply the marketing funnel from awareness to conversion

• Attribute marketing performance to leads and sales providing actionable insights

• Conduct data analysis to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness

• Create and adapt visual assets using Canvawhen needed

• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends tools and platform updates

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experiencemanaging Google Ads and Meta Ads

• Knowledge of additional digital marketing platforms is a strong plus

• Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics analytics and reporting

• Ability to analyze data and accurately attribute results to leads and sales

• Comfortable working with numbers dashboards and performance reports

• Experience using Canvais appreciated
• Clean driving record & valid CA drivers license
