Job Summary
CHC Addiction Services is a non-profit social service agency in the Akron area whose mission is to treat inspire support and empower individuals and families impacted by the disease of addiction.
We are currently looking for a full time Client Account Representative to work in our clinic Monday through Friday.
We are currently looking for a full time Client Account Representative to work in our clinic Monday through Friday.
The Client Account Representatives duties include:
- Financial Intakes/Updates
- Client Statements and Balances
- EAP Services
- Chart Audits
This position will be required to start early in the morning (6:00 or 6:30am).
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent ability to type 45 wpm accurately. Must have related experience in bookkeeping and/or accounting practices experience in customer service and working in an office setting. Must have strong computer skills with knowledge of modern office practices procedures and equipment and be detail oriented. Working knowledge of MITS knowledge of Medicaid and private insurance billing requirements and experience with CPT and ICD-9 coding a plus
