A well-regarded primary school in Acton is looking for a dedicated Intervention Teaching Assistant to join its inclusive team. This role focuses on supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) by delivering targeted interventions and assisting classroom teachers in providing differentiated support.
The successful candidate will work 1:1 with pupils or in small groups implementing interventions designed to support literacy numeracy communication and emotional regulation. You will collaborate closely with the SENCO class teachers and external specialists helping children overcome barriers to learning and make measurable progress.

Deliver targeted interventions to pupils with SEN in 1:1 or small group settings

Qualifications such as Level 3 Teaching Assistant ELSA or SEN-specific training
Desirable: Knowledge of Talk Boost Lego Therapy Little Wandle or 1st interventions.
