The Opportunity
A leading excellence centre in Nottingham is seeking an experienced Senior Caretaker to join their permanent staff. This is a senior-level premises role where you will be expected to take a proactive approach to site development and team coordination. Role Details
Team Coordination: Assisting the Site Manager in organizing the daily tasks of the wider premises and cleaning teams.
Technical Maintenance: Overseeing the more complex aspects of site maintenance including the supervision of boiler house operations and electrical testing.
Audit Preparation: Ensuring all premises-related documentation is up to date and ready for health and safety or local authority audits.
Asset Management: Responsibility for the maintenance of school machinery tools and site vehicles.
