Tasks
Providing introductory information such as a product manual explanation to prospective and new customers
Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries complaints and service requests.
- Assist with regulatory document filing
- Contribute to data collection entry and basic data analysis for reporting and service improvements.
- Handle the official phone line web chat and email communications providing appropriate and professional responses to both current and prospective clients ensuring they are satisfied with our product and services.
- Liaise with internal teams to monitor client work progress and provide regular reports to management.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions service timelines and follow-ups
- Ensure all client correspondence reflects the brands professionalism and commitment to travel excellence.
- Letting customers know about additional products or services that might benefit them
- Negotiating and closing sales through calling
- Support for sales and marketing through telemarketing sales leads generation profiling visits when needed CRM update etc.
- Any other assigned task
Requirements
Degree in management Business Studies or related field with 2 - 3 years ofexperience in client service customer support or administrative roles preferably within travels and tours services.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and data management tools (e.g. Excel Google Sheets or CRM systems).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and email tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- High attention to detail and can handle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Professional demean our confidentiality and integrity in dealing with client matters
- Proximity to Ikeja is required.
