As a Programmatic Account Manager you will play a key role in shaping and scaling our programmatic advertising operations. You will take ownership of traffic acquisition strategy testing and inventory management directly influencing ad performance and driving tangible business results.

Your mission is to deliver high-impact programmatic advertising solutions that generate measurable outcomes. By combining data-driven insights strategic optimization and innovative approaches you will unlock the full potential of our ad inventory help clients achieve their goals and contribute to the growth of our business.

What you will do:

  • Oversee and optimize traffic acquisition strategies across programmatic platforms (such as Google Xandr Bidwitch etc.) ensuring effective management and allocation.
  • Design and implement tests for different ad strategies to identify the most effective methods for maximizing ad performance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients maintaining regular communication and addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships through proactive engagement strategic recommendations and exceptional service.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including technical and sales to ensure aligned execution of programmatic strategies.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends technologies and best practices in programmatic advertising and digital marketing.

Requirements

Who you are:

  • 3 years of experience in programmatic advertising or a related digital marketing field.
  • Experience in managing and optimising ad inventory across various platforms and clients.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong client management skills with experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • In-depth knowledge of the digital advertising landscape including current trends best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Passion for continuous learning and professional development in the field of programmatic advertising.

Will be a plus:

  • Knowledge of HTML SQL.
  • Experience with SSP platforms such as Google BidSwitch Magnite Xandr etc..
  • Experience with Header Bidding technology.

Languages proficiency:

  • Upper-Intermediate English
  • Fluent Ukrainian
