Job Summary

Job Title: Registered Manager Childrens Home

Location: Leicester
Salary: 51500 per annum 7500 Welcome Bonus
Working Hour: 37.5 hours per week
Service: Childrens Home
Service Users: YPs EBD SEMH Trauma CSE CCE
Qualifications Required:

  • Level 3 Diploma for the Children & Young Peoples Workforce

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management in Residential Childrens Services (or willingness to complete)
    Experience in Years Required: Extensive experience in childrens residential care management
    Employment Type: Permanent Full Time

An experienced and passionate Registered Manager who can lead a warm safe and nurturing childrens home ensuring the highest standards of care and positive outcomes for children and young people.

You will:

  • Manage a welcoming and supportive home environment

  • Ensure full compliance with Childrens Homes Regulations

  • Lead motivate and develop a high-performing staff team

  • Manage budgets resources and the home environment effectively

  • Safeguard young people and work closely with external professionals

  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure the Statement of Purpose is delivered
