Salary: 51500 per annum 7500 Welcome Bonus
Working Hour: 37.5 hours per week
Service: Childrens Home
Service Users: YPs EBD SEMH Trauma CSE CCE
Qualifications Required:
Level 3 Diploma for the Children & Young Peoples Workforce
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management in Residential Childrens Services (or willingness to complete)
Experience in Years Required: Extensive experience in childrens residential care management

You will:
Manage a welcoming and supportive home environment
Ensure full compliance with Childrens Homes Regulations
Lead motivate and develop a high-performing staff team
Manage budgets resources and the home environment effectively
Safeguard young people and work closely with external professionals
Drive continuous improvement and ensure the Statement of Purpose is delivered
