Our AI Video Expert team serves as the final quality checkpointensuring every video meets internal standards while aligning with each clients voice brand and platform requirements. This human feedback loop also helps continuously improve our AI systems through reinforcement learning.
Why This Role Exists
Rizzle operates at high volume across Sales Production and Operations. Our data lives in multiple systemsand we need someone who can connect them clean them and make them useful.
This role is for someone whos strong in Salesforce but also comfortable experimenting prototyping and stitching systems together to solve real business problems.
What Youll Do
Own Salesforce end-to-end including configuration data models automation and reporting.
Design CRM schemas that reflect how the business actually operates.
Build and iterate on workflows automations and dashboards.
Connect Salesforce with production systems and operational tools using APIs automation platforms or lightweight scripts.
Investigate broken flows messy data and manual workaroundsand fix them.
Partner with Sales Operations Product and Engineering to translate intent into working systems.
Improve visibility and decision-making by turning data into clear insights.
Who This Is For
Youll likely enjoy this role if you:
Have 25 years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
Like figuring things out even when documentation is incomplete.
Are comfortable using modern tools and AI assistance to build practical solutions quickly.
Understand data modeling and system integration concepts.
Are comfortable pulling data from APIs files or databases and making it usablefast.
Nice to Have
Salesforce Admin certification(s).
Experience with tools such as MongoDB HubSpot ClickUp Jira Zapier BI tools or APIs.
Exposure to production operations or analytics data.
Light experience with SQL scripts or data transformations.
