Project Manager (m/f/d) People Experience

The Project Manager People Experience (PX) drives the successful delivery of crossregional projects that enhance the colleague experience across Canada the UK and Europe. The role ensures operational excellence and supports PX strategic priorities including experience design digital simplification workforce transformation and consistent implementation of enterprise people processes. Working in a highly matrixed environment the Project Manager partners with PX Business Partners cross functions Centres of Excellence Digital/GBS teams and local market PX to plan execute and embed initiatives that create measurable impact on engagement culture and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Program Leadership:

• Manage endtoend project lifecycle: scoping design planning execution stakeholder alignment tracking and delivery.
• Lead PX initiatives such as onboarding modernization performance & growth enablement capability development colleague experience simplification and culture initiatives.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise PX strategy and regional People priorities.
• Coordinate project resources timelines risks and interdependencies across multiple countries.
• Build update and quality check trackers and other data heavy reporting tools
• Manage Workday related data extracts and submissions for organizational loads

Transformation & Change Delivery:

• Support People Experience transformation across Canada UK and Europe.
• Lead structured change management activities such as communications stakeholder maps readiness assessments and adoption tracking.
• Enable consistent rollout of PX solutions while adapting to local regulatory and cultural requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration:

• Partner closely with PX BPs CoEs HR Ops/GBS Global PX functions Workforce Planning and business leaders.
• Facilitate crossfunctional working sessions project briefings sponsor updates and steering committee meetings.
• Serve as a connector across regions to ensure knowledge sharing alignment and standardization.
• Member of the EUCAN transformation PMO and the EUCAN PX LT Forum

Governance Reporting & Evaluation:

• Maintain clear project documentation such as charters RACIs dashboards timelines risk logs and KPIs.
• Provide regular updates to project sponsors and leadership.
• Track progress measure outcomes assess ROI and support continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards.

Digital & Process Enablement:

• Partner with Digital/GBS on enhancements to Workday Fuse Visier AI tools and colleague journey digitalization.
• Contribute to process simplification efforts and automation initiatives.

You offer:

• Degree in HR Business Organizational Psychology or related field.
• Project Management certification (PMP PRINCE2 Agile/Scrum).
• Experience in large global organizations; pharma preferred.
• Experience with change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci/ADKAR).
• Experience managing mediumtolarge projects in HR PX Transformation or related functions.
• Strong understanding of PX domains: onboarding performance talent DE&I colleague engagement organizational design.
• Experience with HR digital tools (Workday ServiceNow Fuse).
• Data Literacy: Ability to perceive and derive patterns and insights from data
• Strong communication planning and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a regulated matrixed multicultural environment.
• Timely delivery of projects with measurable impact.
• Improvement to colleague experience metrics.
• Strong stakeholder relationships and positive sponsor feedback.
• Consistent adoption of PX tools and processes.
• Contribution to simplified and scalable PX operations.
