THE ROLE
As theSenior Manager Distribution 3PL (Columbus)you will lead the team to:
Upholdday-to-dayoperational excellencewithin3PLsandidentifyopportunities for improvement
Manage andfacilitatethe inboundand outboundoperations within3PLs
Foster inventory accuracy and maximize operational efficiency within 3PLs
Work with theappropriate BusinessSupport partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporateobjectives while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
THEQUALIFICATIONS
TheSenior Manager Distribution 3PL (Columbus)has:
Proven skillseducationand/or applicable certificationsin:
ADistribution Centre environment
Warehouse Management Systems and SAP
A commitment to learn and apply Aritzias ValuesandBusiness and People Leadership principles.
The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.
THECOMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is$150000- $200000 USD per year.The final agreed uponsalarymay vary based on factors such as job-related knowledgeskillsand experience.
