YOUR ROLE AS AN ASSOCIATE ISAM

Youll support our sales team and marketing ensuring our authorized partners in Sweden are well-informed and supported. This role focuses on engaging partners helping them grow and achieving shared business goals. Youll be a key point of contact fostering relationships and supporting their journey with Axis.

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner Engagement:Assist in qualifying partners reaching out to understand their needs and supporting lead evaluation. Help track partner targets and performance.
  • Support & Training:Assist with partner training develop webinars handle inbound calls and support the sales team with Salesforce inquiries.
  • Relationship Building:Engage with partners explore new opportunities via outbound calls and represent Axis at events and the Academy. Be a welcoming first contact for potential partners sharing our core values.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

Wed love to hear that you have/are

  • A degree in Business Administration or a relevant fieldor equivalent professional experience.
  • Professional experience in a customer-facing or sales role is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn about IT Tech and IP technology.
  • Ability to build trust and develop strong customer relations.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English both written and spoken.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus but not required well train you!
