WHAT YOULL DO 

As Operational Marketing Project Manager at H&M Beauty you will work in an entrepreneurial environment where a flexible and prestige-less mindset is key. The marketing team at H&M Beauty work closely together to achieve success with many exciting projects in the pipeline for the year ahead. Your responsibilities as Marketing Project Manager will include but not be limited to: 

• Overall responsibility from creative brief to launch for all H&M Beauty private label product launches and campaigns produced together with the Beauty team at H&M Studios. 
• Lead the creative brief to H&M Studios support the setup of the Beauty Marketing team secure alignment across all channels and oversee postproduction. 
• In collaboration with the social and influencer team at H&M Beauty project manage productions; from brief agreements planning production budget and time plan to postproduction of assets. Projects will vary in size from large campaigns to smaller marketing activities. 
• Responsible for content management by ensuring all asset needs are clearly briefed and maintaining a clear overview of all produced content per period. 
• Work closely with other functions within H&M Beauty as well as the central marketing department at H&M. 
• Delivery: Effectively manage projects and teams to deliver excellent results on time and within budget. 
• Followup: Analyse timelines project plans and results to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and marketing activities. 
   

WHO YOU ARE 

To succeed in this role we believe youre a creative and driven person - a doer with a consistently resultsoriented mindset. You have a problemsolving attitude and the ability to adapt to new and sometimes undefined conditions is essential. Youre structured flexible and enjoy taking responsibility. 

• You have 3 years of experience in project management within marketing. 
• You hold a degree in marketing. 
• Youre creative and not afraid to try new ways of working think outside the box or roll up your sleeves to get the problem solved. 
• Youre a highly motivated problemsolver and selfstarter capable of working independently yet collaboratively in a fastpaced environment. 
• You have the ability to organise prioritise and plan realistically. 
• You have experience with budget planning and responsibility. 
• Youre a peopleperson with a strong cando attitude. 
• You have excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken. 
• You have a genuine interest in beauty trends and social media and are eager to communicate with our beauty customers.

This is a full-time position located in the new H&M Beauty office at Jakobsbergsgatan in Stockholm city center.
