This is not a typical corporate sales seat; it is an opportunity to join a diverse ambitious team with international reach where you will have the autonomy to open untapped markets and drive high-value digital transformation deals.
Performance Objectives for Year One
- Pipeline Architecture: Within the first 90 days architect and build a qualified sales pipeline of high-value enterprise opportunities specifically targeting the FinTech and Insurance sectors.
- New Revenue Acquisition: Close 3-5 major new logo enterprise accounts within the first 12 months effectively establishing the companys footprint in previously untapped markets.
- Strategic Deal Leadership: Lead the end-to-end commercial negotiation for complex digital consulting engagements reducing the average sales cycle time through effective stakeholder management and value-based selling.
- Market Intelligence & Strategy: By month 6 produce and execute a go-to-market strategy for a specific industry vertical providing leadership with actionable insights on competitor activity and emerging digital trends.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Successfully partner with technical delivery and marketing teams to craft winning proposals for at least 5 major RFPs/pitches ensuring a 100% alignment between client expectations and delivery capabilities.
