Role Overview
Hiring a Director of Marketing to build and lead the marketing function that establishes us as the most trusted and recognized AI transformation services firm in the country.
This is a high-impact high-visibility role where youll own brand strategy thought leadership demand generation and community all while working directly with our executive team to shape how the market understands AI implementation.
Youll be responsible for building a premium brand that mid-market operators and enterprise leaders immediately recognize as the gold standard for AI integration. Youll drive both top-of-funnel awareness and qualified inbound pipeline through compelling content strategic partnerships high-impact events and a world-class digital presence.

What Youll Own
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
Define and evolve our brand identity voice and positioning as the premium leader in AI transformation
Own messaging frameworks across audiences
Position us as the firm that actually delivers on AI transformation not just promises it
Develop vertical and service-line specific messaging (Private Equity Lending B2B Services etc.)
2. Thought Leadership & Content Marketing
Own our end-to-end content strategy across all channels and formats
Translate our Transformation frameworks client wins and executive insights into high-impact content
Lead content creation and production across:
LinkedIn (primary): executive thought leadership operator insights client stories
Instagram: culture team event highlights
Long-form content: whitepapers guides playbooks case studies
Video content: planning scripting coordination and distribution
Newsletter: weekly executive-focused AI insights and trends
Repurpose and remix content across channels to maximize reach and impact
Manage relationships with designers videographers external creators and agencies
Build a consistent marketing calendar that reflects our voice and drives engagement
Position our executives as go-to voices in AI transformation
3. Public Relations & Media Strategy
Own our PR strategy and media relationships
Secure coverage speaking opportunities and thought leadership placements for our leadership
4. Demand Generation & Inbound Marketing
Build and optimize conversion funnels that turn awareness into qualified pipeline
Develop and promote high-value lead magnets:
AI readiness playbooks
Industry-specific frameworks and templates
Executive guides to AI transformation
Own email marketing and nurture campaigns across prospect segments
Drive measurable inbound leads and pipeline contribution in partnership with sales
Own and optimize SEO strategy for organic discoverability and domain authority
5. Events Webinars & Experiences
Own our event marketing strategy across virtual and in-person formats
Plan promote and execute:
Monthly AI webinars and Lunch & Learns for prospects and clients
Executive AI roundtables and workshops
Industry and partner events (sponsorships speaking opportunities activations)
Manage end-to-end event execution: topic selection promotion creative assets and ROI tracking
Ensure events drive real business outcomes not just attendance
6. Brand & Marketing Leadership
Operates a premium community for AI Builders and Leaders. You will:
Own brand marketing and community strategy this platform
Lead sponsorship development and partner engagement
Oversee event planning and execution for platform programming
Build the platform into a recognized brand that drives value for members and our positioning
Develop content communications and engagement strategies that grow and activate the community
8. Website & Digital Ecosystem
Own website and all digital properties (including platform site)
Lead website strategy UX messaging and conversion optimization
Maintain and evolve:
Landing pages and service pages
Case studies and client stories
Industry solution pages
Conversion forms and lead capture mechanisms
Ensure the site reflects our premium positioning and drives measurable pipeline
9. Sales Enablement & Go-To-Market Assets
Own all marketing and sales collateral including:
Core capabilities deck
Service-specific decks (AI Agents AI Enablement Automation etc.)
Industry playbooks (Private Equity Lending B2B Services etc.)
One-pagers case studies and proposal templates
Collaborate closely with sales and strategy leadership to align messaging and positioning
Ensure all assets are brand-consistent persuasive and conversion-optimized
10. Executive Brand & Founder Support
Support founders and leadership team in building personal executive brands
Develop content frameworks post copy and video concepts that reflect their voice and insights
