The Revenue Partnerships Director is responsible for developing managing and expanding strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth and market expansion. This role focuses on identifying high-impact partnership opportunities negotiating commercial agreements and building long-term relationships with partners that contribute to the companys overall revenue strategy.
The Director will collaborate closely with sales marketing product and executive leadership to align partnerships with organizational growth objectives and ensure partnerships produce measurable business outcomes.
This is a fully remote position; however applicants must currently reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth and market expansion

Negotiate partnership agreements revenue-sharing models and joint go-to-market initiatives

Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders

Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to launch joint campaigns and co-selling strategies

Monitor partnership performance using data-driven metrics and KPIs
-
Evaluate new business opportunities alliance programs and strategic collaborations
-
Develop partner enablement programs and support materials
-
Track industry trends competitor partnerships and emerging market opportunities
-
Lead cross-functional initiatives that align partnership strategies with corporate revenue goals

Provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Finance or a related field

812 years of experience in partnerships strategic alliances business development or revenue operations
-
Proven track record of building partnerships that generate measurable revenue growth
-
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
-
Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities

Experience working with cross-functional teams including sales marketing and product
-
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Masters degree or MBA

Experience managing partnerships within technology SaaS fintech or digital media industries

Familiarity with CRM and partnership management platforms such as Salesforce HubSpot or PartnerStack

Experience leading partner programs or alliance teams
